What this service is
Make.com Audit is for teams who already use Make.com but want an expert review of what they've built. Maybe operations consumption is climbing faster than expected. Maybe scenarios fail occasionally and nobody knows why. Maybe you're moving to enterprise and need to know if your setup will pass a security audit.
Our certified partners do a comprehensive review of your workspace — every scenario, connection, and pattern — and produce a written report with specific, actionable recommendations.
The problem we solve
Make.com setups accumulate technical debt fast. The scenario you built in 2024 used patterns that are now obsolete. The error handler you skipped because "it works fine" finally bit you. The expensive iterator you didn't realize was burning operations. The connection that nobody documented and now nobody knows how to renew.
Most teams don't have time to audit their own work systematically. The result: hidden costs, hidden risks, hidden inefficiencies that compound over time.
How we solve it
We bring an outside expert perspective. Our partners audit your full Make.com setup against best practices: operations efficiency, error handling, security, naming conventions, documentation. We produce a written report with priority-ranked recommendations.
Every recommendation has an estimated impact (e.g., "this change would save 30% on operations" or "this fix would prevent the failure mode that caused last week's incident") so you can prioritize what matters.

Frequently asked questions
Do you change anything during the audit?
No. The audit is read-only. We get guest access to your workspace, but we don't modify any scenarios, connections, or data. Implementation of recommendations is a separate scope (with discount if you book within 30 days of the audit).
How do you measure "operations savings"?
For each scenario, we look at: total ops consumed last month, where ops are being burned (which modules), and obvious inefficiencies (list+filter where search would work, iterators on large arrays without filters, etc.). We estimate savings per scenario, then aggregate.
What if I don't want to implement the recommendations?
No pressure. The audit value is the report — you can implement everything, some things, or nothing. The report stays useful for your team's future planning.
Will my data be safe during the audit?
Yes. Our partners sign NDAs, we use read-only guest access, and we never export your data. The report contains only screenshots of scenario structure, not actual data content.
Can you audit a Make.com setup I inherited from another agency?
Especially common. About 30% of our audits are for teams who inherited a Make.com setup from a previous agency or freelancer and want to know what they actually have. We document everything and identify what's well-built vs what needs rework.
How is this different from your Troubleshooting service?
Troubleshooting is reactive — you have a specific broken scenario and you need it fixed fast. Audit is proactive — you want a systematic review even though nothing is broken. Many clients do Audit first, then book Troubleshooting or Setup for specific issues we find.
